4. Turnaround Time
We aim to deliver your final images within 48 hours of receiving all required information and uploads. Delays may occur in exceptional cases, in which we will notify you promptly.
5. Order Completion
Once the customer receives their selected photos watermark free, the order is considered complete. Any additional edits or changes will incur additional fees.
6. Extra Photo Add-Ons
Add-on purchases for extra photos must be made at the time of checkout to receive discounted rates. After the initial selection period, any additional photos will be charged at the full rate of £10 per photo.
