If you are not satisfied with the images provided, you may request a partial refund. This refund accounts for the costs incurred during the creation process.

• Refund Amount: Up to 50% of the total package price paid.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the watermarked images.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a partial refund:

• You must provide specific feedback on why the images did not meet your expectations.

• Refunds are not applicable for subjective preferences unless the images significantly deviate from the instructions provided in your initial brief or do not look like you from the photos you provided.

3. Adjustments and Corrections

Before requesting a refund, you have the option to request adjustments to the images. Small refinements can often align the photos with your expectations, and we are happy to work with you to achieve this at no additional cost.

4. Add-Ons and Extras

Refunds for add-on purchases, such as extra photos, are not available once these photos have been selected and delivered.

5. Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver your watermarked images within 48 hours of receiving all required information and uploads. However, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a delay:

• Extra images may be offered in compensation for a delay.
